I completed an English Literature degree in England and all the above makes perfect sense. I think nowadays learning is very expensive everywhere you go and so we do have to be very careful with where we decide to learn.

Randy – thank you for making comment!!! I have to tell you that I had to go searching for the ad after hearing some “bad talk” over on Facebook. Wondering what the fuss was about, I have to say that I found the commercial to be absolutely delightful. I became a Charmin customer via Costco, so I am with you on that one. Only bad thing I have heard is from my housekeeper who had made comment on the amount of Charmin dust left on the wall under the roll holder. So – there you have it!!!!!! LOL

Well, if you are going to spoil the fun by putting the world in perspective and all . . . . The reality is, in spite of the natural gross out factor of the commercials, Charmin is in our house too, simply because that’s what Costco sells. Judging by the number of hits this entry gets, however, I suspect that a huge number of people find something in the commercials that’s just a bit too hard to “bear.”

If seeing a Charmin commercial was the worst thing that happened to me in any given day, I would call it a wonderful world!!!! In fact, it IS a wonderful world – and Charmin is squeezed in my house. This isn’t as much about product support as it is a query about what the heck is wrong w/ folks???
